'Chris is very good at asking you the right questions to make you think and really flip the polarity of your mindset from negative to positive. The hypnotherapy sessions themselves are very relaxing and an excellent way to de-clutter/de-stress your mind, you will feel as though you are a new version of yourself. Insomnia was sucking all the joy out of life for me. Without sleep, everything is just too hard. The initial consultation with Chris helped enormously, and after just two more sessions I was sleeping properly every night.
