What is Solution Focused Therapy?
What is hypnotherapy and how does a solution focused approach help? Unlike some other therapies we focus on what you want to achieve, rather than on your problems. It focuses on the present and future and not on the past. We keep in mind the question, 'what would your life be like and what would you be doing if you didn't have the current problem?'
The therapy can be highly effective in relieving the symptoms of anxiety and stress.
