Who am I?

Chris Morris is a registered Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bristol but helps clients across the country and internationally, via Zoom. I am passionate about bringing out the best in people and have a wealth of experience dealing with problems and finding solutions in a safe and supportive environment.

Over the last 30 years I have been an actor, drama teacher, head of year in secondary schools in the Bristol area. I continue to be involved in education as a Governor of my son's local primary school.

I understand the power of hypnotherapy because I had sessions at the Clifton Practice to help me reduce the anxiety I had around tinnitus. When I decided to train, I looked no further than the prestigious CPHT program, which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy training.

Why I can help

‘Chris enables people to achieve improved self-esteem, positive self-image and as a result, subsequent improvement in their emotional well-being.  He is an outstanding questioner and combines this with excellent active listening skills, allowing him to tease out the responses from people with ease through his thoughtful and empathetic approach.

He has a natural ability to help others reflect which is one of Chris’ key skills, as he does it in a way that is non-threatening.

Overall, Chris has amazing skills, confidence and thoughtfulness and it is clear why people trust him and his advice.’
